Superbly designed and furnished with quality, this beautiful luxury villa is situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. A lovely teak wood front door leads you into this contemporary styled house with its white ceilings and spotlights, with tiled flooring throughout. The lounge dining and open kitchen are in the same room. Almadrava Ca’n Marquet, is a very pleasant and functional house locales in the country side of Pollença, it has a strategic location three kilometres from Pollença town and three kilometres from the beach, perfectly connected by an easy road to the nearby Puerto Pollença, Alcudia, Formentor and all the northern coast, (as can be seen in the map attach, photo nº 4)
