There is a large swimming-pool with a terrace, ideal for sun bathing, another terrace, but this time covered, and a charming, shady patio with vines.

The Crespi building is a block of 8 apartments situated very few metres from the beach in Port de Pollença and with a common swimming-pool.

Apartments nr 1 and 2 are ground floor apts with 125 sqm living area with a terrace (20 sqm) and private garden (50sqm) facing the avenue.

Apartments nr 7 and 8 are triplex apts with a roof terrace (35 sqm) with stunning views over the mountains and the port, and also a terrace (25 sqm) outside the lounge-diner, plus a private garden (60sqm) overlooking the swimming-pool.

This charming old town boats numerous points of interest quality restaurants and coffees from wish to enjoy it’s unique atmosphere end charm. Finca Ca Na Bassera is an historic house from the XV century, it is situated between Port Alcudia and Sa Pobla town very close to the well known local Natural Park of S´albufera. The house has been renovated into a lovely holiday home, is full of space, light and comfortable. It has fantastic views across the country, it is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday away from the busy resorts.
The house is on two levels with large and airy rooms, white walls and a good combination of different styles of décor. The main entrance opens into the large dining area which has a large solid wooden table with plenty of seats for 12 people. Two steps are giving access to the large lounge area with high beamed ceilings, it has plenty of sofas and comfortable easy chairs, a real place for total relaxation. From the dining area a few steps are going down to a large double bedroom with an antic bed, this room has been converted from stables to a bedroom and has access to the exterior of the house. It has an en suite bathroom which has a fantastic and unusual stone bath. To the right of the main entrance there is a door that access to the well equipped fitted kitchen with all the modern appliances that are needed in a self catering property. It has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine as well as kitchen utensils.
An arch way gives us access to the rest of the sleeping area, there is one large shower room with a stone rock as a natural feature. A stair case leads up to the upper floor where the rest of the bedrooms are located, all are decorated differently but keeping the mixture of art deco, antics and modern furnishings. These comprises of one twin bedroom with two antics beds, a further twin bedroom with two canopy beds , another bedroom which is double and has an en suite bathroom with half bath, a further twin bedroom which has one single bed with a canopy both bedrooms are sharing a separate full large bathroom.

Location

The Villa Na Penyal is localizated in the foot of a mountain with maravellous sea views, very near of Cala Millor in the northeast of the island. It´s ideal starting point to go hiking. You can reach Son Servera within 2km and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. Take a walk on the tipical market on Friday morning. At 500m you reach the beach of Cala Millor and at 2 km the beach of Costa de los Pinos all of them sandy beaches.
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Sa Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. You can find sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the "Caves of Canyamel" where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and “Caves of Drach”.

Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

These semi-detached villas are reached via a track and are built on a hillside around a large swimming pool. The villas have two storeys and vary in sizes, however they are spacious and simply furnished.

Each villa has either two, three or four bedrooms, all of them twins. All have combined lounge dining room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, and sun terraces at the front and at the rear of the accommodation. Moreover, the villas have washing machine.

NOTE: Due to the number of steps at this complex THE VILLAS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES.

This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has two sofas and satellite TV with a DVD player too, whilst the dinning area has antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner.

There is a large covered terrace running around one side of the house, with lots of outdoor furniture and a separate built in barbecue ideal for al fresco meals. There is a small lawn area and a portable round swimming pool which is available for the clients use and a bonus with those clients with small children as the pool is raised and can only be accessed via an adult.

This simple but homely villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday, located in the residential area of Cala San Vicente. It is ideal for anyone who wants a villa without a car hire, although we recommend car hire in low season, when the resort is quite and the bus service to Pollensa is less frequent.

Some steps leads up to the villa itself. The apartment Jordieta is a lovely and modern apartment situated in a residential area of Port Pollensa. The building is not far from the lovely little beaches of the well known Pinewalk area.

The apartment has a little garden at the front where the main door is located. This door leads straight onto the lounge dining room which is totally equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Off the dining room a door gives access to the well equipped fitted kitchen which has the facilities of a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and a dishwasher.
