Description :
Construit sur un versant avec vues sur la vallée qui debouche à Cala Molins, dans le centre urbain de Cala San Vicente. Endroit tranquille et centrique à la fois proche de la mer. Avec bars, restaurants et boutiques proche. Ne necessite pas de voiture. Avec piscine et barbecue privés, balcons avec vues (voir photos) On y arrive en emprintant un escalier (un 1er etage). Joli salon sur 2 niveaux, on arrive au 2ene grâce á un escalier en colimaçon. Il faut faire attention aux enfants, puisque le deniveau du terrain se presente sur un des côtes. Ne se recommande pas aux personnes avec difficultés pour monter les escaliers.
Possibilité d´entre ou sortie n´importe quel jour de la semaine.
